Pokinatcha is the debut studio album by American punk rock band MxPx released on October 26, 1994, through Tooth & Nail Records.{{cite web |date= |title=Tooth & Nail | MxPx | Pokinatcha |url=http://classic.toothandnail.com/releases/44/Pokinatcha/ |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20180528184534/http://classic.toothandnail.com/releases/44/Pokinatcha/ |archive-date=May 28, 2018 |accessdate=May 31, 2023 |website=Tooth & Nail {{!}} MxPx {{!}} Pokinatcha |publisher=Toothandnail.com}} The album reflects influence from skate/surf punk, and underground punk generally. The album's name came from a Snickers candy bar commercial, which included an ad jingle saying hunger is "poking at you". The songs are characterized by their raw punk sound, catchy rhythm, and classic punk three-chord guitar style. It is the only MxPx album to include original guitarist Andy Husted.{{cite web|url=http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/mxpx/artist.jhtml |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20060428003551/http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/mxpx/artist.jhtml |url-status=dead |archive-date=April 28, 2006 |title=MxPx | Music Videos, News, Photos, Tour Dates, Ringtones, and Lyrics |publisher=MTV |date=July 30, 2007 |accessdate=April 19, 2012}}{{cite web|url=http://www.loudreview.com/in/rest/topic/8A/Pokinatcha |title=Pokinatcha (Album) reviews, artists, awards, posters, videos | Write a review for Pokinatcha |publisher=Loudreview.com |access-date=April 19, 2012}}
