Rachel Abrams (born 13 July 1995) is a sprinter from the Northern Mariana Islands.

She first competed internationally in the 60 metres at the 2012 IAAF World Indoor Championships in Istanbul where set a personal best time of 8.31 seconds.{{cite web|title=Results of the heats of the women's 60 metres at the 2012 IAAF World Indoor Championships|url=http://media.aws.iaaf.org/competitiondocuments/pdf/4665/AT-60-W-H----.RS6.pdf?v=1210206225|publisher=IAAF|date=10 March 2012|accessdate=30 December 2015}} Four months later she competed in the 100 metres at the 2012 World Junior Championships in Athletics in Barcelona.
