Robert E. Joyce is an American cybersecurity official who served as special assistant to the President and Cybersecurity Coordinator on the U.S. National Security Council. Joyce announced his retirement in February 2024 after 34 years with the agency. Education
Joyce graduated from Clarkson University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in 1993.
