Rony Brauman (born 19 June 1950) is a French physician specializing in tropical diseases and a former president of Médecins sans frontières (Doctors without Borders)

He was one of the early members of Médecins sans frontières, and was its president from 1982 to 1994. With Israeli director Eyal Sivan, his cousin, he co-directed a documentary (1999) on the trial of Adolf Eichmann (1961) based on Hannah Arendt's 1963 book Eichmann in Jerusalem.
