Saint-Gilbert ({{IPA|fr|sɛ̃ ʒilbɛʁ}}) is a parish municipality in the Portneuf Regional County Municipality in the Capitale-Nationale region of Quebec, Canada. It has the smallest population of all municipalities in Portneuf RCM (other than unorganized territories).

Demographics
