Comola started her biathlon career in 2009. In 2016, she competed at the Winter Youth Olympic Games. At the Biathlon World Championships 2023 in Oberhof, she won the gold medal in the relay with Dorothea Wierer, Hannah Auchentaller and Lisa Vittozzi.
