The Sharp's Hill Formation is a Bathonian geologic formation in North Oxfordshire north-east of Milton-under-Wychwood and Minster Lovell in the United Kingdom, dating to around 167 million years ago. Dinosaur remains diagnostic to the genus level are among the fossils that have been recovered from the formation.Weishampel, et al. (2004). "Dinosaur distribution." Pp. 517-607. It is the lateral equivalent of the Rutland Formation and the Fuller's Earth Formation.{{Cite web |url=https://www.bgs.ac.uk/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?pub=SHHB |title=Sharp's Hill Formation |last=British Geological Survey |website=BGS Lexicon of Named Rock Units |access-date=2 June 2019}}

The type locality is the Sharp's Hill Quarry.{{cite web|url= https://designatedsites.naturalengland.org.uk/PDFsForWeb/Citation/1000248.pdf |title= Sharp's Hill Quarry citation|series= Sites of Special Scientific Interest|publisher=Natural England|accessdate= 3 June 2020}}
