Sikka is a regency within East Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia, on the island of Flores.[http://www.wilayahindonesia.com/en/regencies-per-province/regencies-in-nusa-tenggara-timur/sikka-regency/ Sikka Regency — Indonesia Regions] It is bordered to the west by Ende Regency and to the east by East Flores Regency. Hale (Mapitara district), and
Hebingare (and quite a few others in between). Krowe is another name for this area, although neither names are quite accurate. Paulus Moa was Regent of Sikka for a few years between 2002 and 2006.
