Singori (सिङ्गौड़ी) or Singauri is an Indian sweet from Gharwal division, Uttarakhand made with Khoya and wrapped in maalu leaf (Bauhinia variegata).{{Cite book|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=9t_aAAAAMAAJ|isbn=9788190008617|title=Himalaya, Environment, Resources & Development|year=1990|publisher=Shree Almora Book Depot}} It is similar to Kalakhand.

History

The dessert is prepared from Khoya and served wrapped like a cone in Molu leaf.
