Desert Stateline Solar Facility is a 300 MWp (about 250 MWAC) utility-scale{{cite journal|last=Wolfe|first=Philip|title=Defining 'utility-scale' solar: How we arrived at the threshold of 4MWAC|journal=Wiki-Solar Glossary|date=December 2013|url=http://wiki-solar.org/library/papers/WSG02-02_Utility-scale.pdf|access-date=27 February 2014}} solar photovoltaic power station constructed by First Solar in San Bernardino County in California, USA. It is located at the base of Clark Mountain in California, across the state line from Primm, Nevada, and adjacent to the Ivanpah Solar Power Facility.

The project uses approximately 3.2 million panels from First Solar, an amount similar to the 250 MWAC Moapa Southern Paiute Solar Project.[http://www.southerncompany.com/content/dam/southern-company/pdf/southernpower/DesertStateline_Solar_Facility_factsheet.pdf Desert Stateline Solar Facility Fact Sheet], Southern Power Company

The plant's first 150 megawatts (MW) came online in late 2015,[http://www.eia.gov/state/maps.cfm?lon=-115.4&lat=35.6&initialZoom=144447.638572/ EIA US Energy Mapping System][http://www.eia.gov/electricity/data/browser/#/plant/58646/ EIA Electricity Data Browser - Stateline Solar] and it entered full commercial operation in the third quarter of 2016.{{cite press release |url=https://www.southerncompany.com/content/dam/southern-company/pdf/southernpower/DesertStateline_Solar_Facility_factsheet.pdf |title=Desert Stateline Solar Facility}} In September 2015, it was announced that Southern Company had purchased a controlling interest in the project.{{cite press release |url=https://www.southerncompany.com/newsroom/2015/sep-2015/2015-09-02-spc-desert-stateline.html |title=Southern Company subsidiary acquires system's largest solar project |date=2 September 2015 |publisher=Southern Company}} First Solar continues to operate the facility. Power is sold to Southern California Edison under a 20-year power purchase agreement.
