Steve Dimopoulos (born 1972) is an Australian politician. He has been a Labor Party member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly since 2014 representing the electoral district of Oakleigh.{{Cite web|url = http://www.abc.net.au/news/vic-election-2014/guide/oakl/|title = Oakleigh Results|accessdate = 29 June 2022|website = ABC News}} He served as the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Major Events and the Minister for Creative Industries in the Second Andrews Ministry from June 2022 to September 2023.{{cite web|url=https://www.premier.vic.gov.au/statement-new-ministry|title=Statement On New Ministry|publisher=Office of the Premier of Victoria|accessdate = 18 July 2022}} He continued as Minister for Tourism, Sport and Major Events, Minister for the Environment, and Minister for Outdoor Recreation in the Allan Ministry.
Early career
Prior to his election to state parliament, Dimopoulos was a councillor, and former mayor of the City of Monash. He previously worked as a public servant in the Department of Justice and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. He also worked for the former federal member for Hotham, Simon Crean. Political career
In 2018 Dimopoulos was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer. He then served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Premier, and Parliamentary Secretary for Mental Health from 2020.

Personal life
Dimopoulos is of Greek descent.
