It is a highway in the east of the Australian state of Queensland.{{cite map |title=Australia Road and 4WD Atlas|last=Hema |first=Maps|year=2007 |publisher=Hema Maps|location=Eight Mile Plains Queensland|isbn=978-1-86500-456-3|pages=10-11}} It runs in SE–NW direction and has a length of 162 km. It connects the Peak Downs Highway with the Bowen Developmental Road. It is signed as State Route 11.
Route
The Suttor Developmental Road branches north of Nebo from the Peak Downs Highway (State Route 70) to the west and south of the Homevale National Park to the locality of Elphinstone, where it passes the exit to Collinsville–Elphinstone Road to the northwest.
The paved road ends at Elpinstone after which it hugs the western shore of Lake Elphinstone. Later it crosses the Isaac River. In the locality of Eaglefield{{Google maps|url=https://www.google.com.au/maps/place/Eaglefield+QLD+4742/@-21.492689,147.7537242,12z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x6bd057f85820adcb:0x400eef17f208ba0!8m2!3d-21.4971483!4d147.8061595 |title=Eaglefield, Queensland |accessdate=1 August 2017}} it crosses the Suttor River, after which it is named. Finally, it reaches the locality of Mount Coolon at the Bowen Developmental Road (State Route 77).
