T. K. M. Chinnayya is an Indian politician and was a member of the 14th Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from Tambaram constituency. He represented the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam party{{cite web|title=List of MLAs from Tamil Nadu 2011|url=http://www.assembly.tn.gov.in/member_list.pdf|publisher=Government of Tamil Nadu |accessdate=2017-04-26}} and was a cabinet minister in the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Chinnayya was Minister for Environment until November 2011 when a cabinet reshuffle by Jayalalithaa saw him replace N. R. The elections of 2016 resulted in his constituency being won by S. R.
