Tadeusz Cuch ({{IPA|pol|ˈta.dɛwʂ 't͡sux}}) (born 17 February 1945) was a Polish sprinter who specialized in the 100 metres.

At the 1971 European Championships he won a silver medal in the 4 x 100 metres relay together with Marian Dudziak, Gerard Gramse and Zenon Nowosz.{{cite web|url=http://www.todor66.com/athletics/europe/1971/Men_4x100m_Relay.html|title=Men 4x100m Relay European Championships 1971 Helsinki (FIN)|publisher=Todor Krastev|accessdate=30 May 2011}} At the 1972 Olympic Games he competed in the 100 metres without progressing from round one. He also finished sixth in the 4 x 100 metres relay final, together with Stanisław Wagner, Jerzy Czerbniak and Zenon Nowosz.

His personal best time was 10.49 seconds, achieved in 1973.
