Per the original nominator's comments [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_U.S._Roads&diff=668870652&oldid=668851646 here], I am nominating this article for GAR. The main issue I have with the article as written is that there is zero information on how the road was constructed.
