:Note: ~~While I think I support this move~~, the previous RM close was overturned at MRV (Wikipedia:Move_review/Log/2017_August#Lhasa). I think that discussion is worth a read, it seems the consensus was for a merge/rescoping of this article rather than just moving one or the other article.
