Unfortunately, I think I'm going to have to quick-fail this article. There are too many unsourced sentences (see Etymology, Administration and politics, and Culture sections (which all have unsourced sentences), as well as Notable people, (which is almost entirely unsourced)).

Additionally, there are many grammar issues; a quick scan gives examples such as "The Notable [sic] colleges in the area...", "Muzhukku every year in October...", etc. and other listing and tone problems; I recommend requesting a copyedit from the Guild of Copy Editors before re-nominating, which would significantly benefit this article.
