The National Socialist German Workers' Party, commonly known as the Nazi Party, was founded in 1920. Should be added in some way to the abstract fist sentences see "Nazi party" for example. Instead of using alternative names and stuff state what the acronym stands for, then put forth alternative names. 108.7.38.74 (talk) 22:00, 9 March 2025 (UTC)

:In English, usage is so heavily weighted towards Nazi that National Socialist German Workers' Party is an unknown term to most. --User:Khajidha (talk) (contributions) 17:23, 7 April 2025 (UTC)

Did Hitler ever consider his government a dictatorship?

I know Mein Kampf spoke about the dictatorship of the proletariat, often in a negative light.

Hitler didn't like dictatorship... At least not the communist one, so what is the form of government conceived in Mein Kampf? I know FÜHRER means LEADER CHIEFTAIN, but not dictator. I'm genuinely confused. 190.219.180.78 (talk) 23:01, 26 April 2025 (UTC)

:This is a complicated question ...Führerprinzip would be the best answer..... But Political views of Adolf Hitler covers this topic pretty well. Moxy🍁 00:37, 27 April 2025 (UTC)

bad grammar

i believe that antisemitism should be capitilized or it should have a hyphen in it Jaypet12 (talk) 12:32, 8 May 2025 (UTC)

:I disagree, seems to be a perfectly acceptable way to use it. Slatersteven (talk) 12:34, 8 May 2025 (UTC)

:This issue is addressed in MOS:ANTISEMITISM. The current form is the preferred form and is the one used in the wiki article on antisemitism. Historybuff0105 (talk) 15:25, 8 May 2025 (UTC)

Richard J. Evans quote in Culture

Does Richard J. Evans's quote really have to added in culture? Then does that mean culture in other countries with dictatorship (Example Iraq under Saddam regime) provides "moral or political immunization against violence, atrocity, or subservience to dictatorship."? I thought this wikipedia designed to maintain neutrality. Governor44 (talk) 01:38, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

:How many of them had industrial genocides? Slatersteven (talk) 10:33, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

::For example, Ba'athist Iraq commited genocide in Anfal campaign while having culture before iraq war. So then this quote should be used in "Nazi propaganda" subpage. Governor44 (talk) 12:21, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

:::Not industrial. Slatersteven (talk) 12:33, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

::::You mean like destruction of cities like destroying 90% of warsaw city? Governor44 (talk) 12:44, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

:I don't see the issue or why this isn't neutral. It's saying that cultural appreciation for the arts doesn't immunise you from fascism (in the way that it's easy to call fascism an uneducated ideology). — Czello (music) 12:55, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

::Cultural appreciation in Soviet Union under Stalin also won't immunise you from war crimes either. So let's just end this discussion and close my question. Governor44 (talk) 12:59, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

:::And if Evans had written about the Soviet Union, he probably would have mentioned that. But he was writing about Nazi Germany, so there was no reason to mention the SU. He is using a specific example (Nazi Germany) to make a general point about dictatorships in general. This should be readily apparent to anyone reading the quote. It's written in pretty plain English. --User:Khajidha (talk) (contributions) 15:50, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

::::Now i see. Governor44 (talk) 04:27, 12 June 2025 (UTC)

I am confused, are we discussing adding this quote, or why it was added? Slatersteven (talk) 12:49, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

:I'm confused either about what you mean "industrial genocide"? Anyways let's just end this discussion because people won't understand anyway. I'm requesting this question to be deleted or at least closed forever. Governor44 (talk) 12:52, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

::My question* Governor44 (talk) 12:53, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

Map

I think the map should be changed to either this one or this one. As it is the map cuts off German-occupied territory in the Soviet Union on the eastern edge of the map. TheLegendofGanon (talk) 18:02, 18 June 2025 (UTC)
