There are two major problems with this article:

There are entire paragraphs that are uncited.
There are several citations to self-published sources that need to be replaced with reliable sources.

I will leave this open for a week before demoting. I am happy to leave it open for longer if work is actively taking place. --Rs chen 7754 04:17, 22 May 2013 (UTC)

Comment - Glancing at it once, my main concern is with all of the citations in the lead. Can't those be put somewhere else? T C N7JM 04:23, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
