This fails GAR because it is nowhere near ready for GAN. GACR #1a requires the prose to be understandable to an appropriately broad audience and this is far too technical. The lead section (GACR #1b) does not attempt to introduce, still less summarise, the subject. It jumps straight into the subject as if it is all common knowledge. This article is start-class only and needs considerable work to be done before it gets anywhere near C-class or B-class, let alone GA. No Great Shaker (talk) 20:59, 26 April 2020 (UTC)

• Note: this nomination was not failed per the instructions at WP:GANI#Failing, so it has remained open until today. Since the original nominator has yet to edit in 2020, I don't see any need to notify them beyond the automated failure notice that will go out once I close the nomination.
