The article currently fails on the following criteria:

:16px 1b. The article does not conform to WP:LEAD, Layout or list incorporation. The many lists of vocabulary are a clear violation of WP:NOT.

:16px2b. The article contains entire sections that are unsourced. Probably more than half the information in the article is not currently sourced.

:16px 3a + 3b The article goes into excessive detail about some tpoics (such as accent, codeswitching, religious literature) and contains no information whatsoever on grammar for example. Grammar would ideally make up at least 20% of the article.

I have not checked for prose, neutrality or images as I am going to quickfail the article based on the above brief review. It does not seem likely that any editor would be able to bring the article close to GA status within the next month or two. It would be a challenge even to an editor who were a professional linguist specializing in the language. User:Maunus ·ʍaunus·snunɐw· 20:55, 22 January 2014 (UTC)
