• Oppose. The primary meaning of both Veggie and Veggies in my experience is actually Vegetarian(s). Given the family copy of the Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English and wikt:veggie (meaning 2 under nouns cites a [https://www.taylorfrancis.com/books/edit/10.4324/9780429490743/ethical-vegetarianism-veganism-andrew-linzey-clair-linzey 2018 academic work] published by British publisher Routledge), British English use as "vegetarian(s)" has long-term significance.
