Tamghas, also Gulmi Tamghas or Tamghas Bazaar ({{langx|ne|तम्घास}}) is the center of Resunga Municipality, and the district headquarter of Gulmi district .

The village of Gulmi Arkhale is located just to the northwest.

Administration
