This Time is the only album by American singer Taral Hicks. It is noted for its feature of various collaborations from the likes of Teddy Riley, Narada Michael Walden and future stars including Missy Elliott, DJ Eddie F and Chad Hugo of the Neptunes. Singles
Three singles were released from the album. The second and third singles, "Distant Lover" and "Silly" (a cover from singer Deniece Williams) were released a year later and peaked at Nos. 60 and 54, respectively, on the same chart. "Silly" also reached No. 4 on the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart.
