Tothby is a hamlet less than {{convert|1|mi|km|1}} north from the town of Alford, in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England.

In the 1086 Domesday Book Tothby is listed as "Touedebi", consisting of three households, {{convert|20|acre|km2|1}} of meadow and {{convert|12|acre|km2|2}} of woodland.{{OpenDomesday|OS=TF4476|name=tothby |display=Tothby|accessdate=17 August 2011}}

Today Tothby considered a deserted medieval village,{{cite PastScape|mnumber=355532|mname= Tothby DMV|accessdate=17 August 2011}} and the only extant property is Tothby Manor House, a Grade II listed building dating from the mid-17th century with alterations around 1840. Built of red brick, the house stands behind a moated enclosure, the site of the early Tothby Manor, home of the founder of the 14th-century church of St Wilfrid, Alford.
