Tothill is a hamlet in the civil parish of Withern with Stain, in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated about {{Convert|6|mi|km|0}} south-east from Louth, and about {{Convert|5|mi|km|0}} north-west from Alford. Landmarks

The manor of Tothill belonged to Lord Willoughby De Broke.{{cite web|title=Vision Of Britain|url=http://www.visionofbritain.org.uk/place/place_page.jsp?p_id=13986|publisher=Vision Of Britain|accessdate=29 April 2011}} The manor house is a Grade II listed building.{{cite web|title=British Listed Buildings|url=http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-195652-manor-house-tothill|publisher=British Listed Buildings|accessdate=29 April 2011}} It was built in the 17th century, with early-18th-century refronting, and some 19th-century alteration.

The church of Saint Mary was built in the 18th century of brick on a stone base, with a chancel, but no bellcote. It had some 18th-century alterations and was demolished in 1980.{{PastScape|mnumber=520869|mname=|accessdate=29 April 2011}}
