Trigonodes cephise is a moth of the family Noctuidae first described by Pieter Cramer in 1779.{{cite web |last=Savela |first=Markku |date=7 October 2005 |url=https://www.nic.funet.fi/pub/sci/bio/life/insecta/lepidoptera/ditrysia/noctuoidea/erebidae/erebinae/trigonodes/#cephise |title=Trigonodes cephise (Cramer, [1779]) |website=Lepidoptera and Some Other Life Forms |accessdate=25 January 2020}} It is found from the Indo-Australian tropics to northern Australia, the Caroline Islands, Samoa and New Caledonia, Nias and other islands on the south-west of Sumatra.

The larvae feed on Vigna species, including Vigna marina.
