Tupou Patia-Brogan (born 17 April 1984) is a football player and referee from the Cook Islands.{{Cite web|url=https://int.soccerway.com/referees/tupou-patia/406804/|title=Cook Islands – T. Career

Patia-Brogan is from Rarotonga.{{cite web |url=https://www.cookislandsnews.com/internal/sport/soccer/tupou-committed-to-womens-football-development/ |title=Tupou committed to women’s football development |publisher=Cook Islands News |date=5 February 2022 |access-date=29 October 2022}} Both of her parents were keen sports players, and Patia and her two sisters grew up playing volleyball, netball, football, rugby, and touch.
