Reception
Allen Mixson reviewed Twilight Encounters in White Wolf #24 (Dec./Jan., 1990), rating it a 3 out of 5 and stated that "In summary, Twilight Encounters is worth it just for the scenarios. The fact that a rulebook with better rules comes with the set is pure gravy. The new rules should not be downplayed.
