Hi!

I'm A.J., and if you're seeing this page, you probably want to know a bit about me.

I live in St, Johns, Portland, Oregon, USA and have lived in Oregon all my life. Other than Wikipedia, my interests include 3d graphics, politics, and photography. On Simtropolis, I am Sparkythepenguin, a co-founder of Around the Roses: the Portland and Oregon Project, an attempt to bring real-life buildings into the Sim City 4 video game using the Building Architect Tool (BAT).

I'm editing this page, slowly but surely. One day, it'll be arranged the way I want it to be...

Languages

I am a native speaker of English. I have 2 years of German, one in high school, one at university. I took two years of Spanish and French in high school also.

Ich spreche Englisch. Ich habe zwei Jahre Deutsch gelernt: Ein Jahr in der High School und ein Jahr in der Uni. Ich habe auch zwei Jahre Französisch und Spanisch in der High School gelernt.

Je parle anglais. J'ai deux ans de etudier en parler allemmend. Une an dans ma lycee et une an dans universite. J'ai aussi deux ans de etudier en français et espagnol.

Hablo inglés. Tengo dos anos de estudiante en hablar allemano: Uno ano a escuela y uno ano a universidad. Tengo dos anos de estudiante en hablar español y francés.

Those may not be right, i'm only at a beginning level for all of them.

Interests

You'll most likely see me contribute something in the following subjects:

International relations issues, especially official national reactions to certain events. Most notably, these issues have held my interest in the past year or so:

Architecture photos: Getting more good pictures of the buildings around the State of Oregon
City seals and flags: Stil waiting on a bunch of replys from Oregon cities requesting use of their city logos and flags.

Lately I've not felt too up to writing articles themselves, but just making them look nice, such as adding info boxes where needed. I also like to categorize.

I often check for bad links, grammar problems, and spelling errors. If you see any that I've made, I really appreciate it if you could correct them! Thanks.
