I am a future museum professional and unabashed gamer geek/fantasy nerd/Japanophile. I hold a B.A. in Humanities with an Asian Studies minor from the University of Maryland University College, a M.A. in Museum Studies at the Johns Hopkins University. I also hold a Certificate in Digital Curation from the Johns Hopkins University.
I have volunteered with the Indianapolis Museum of Art as part of their Wikipedia e-Volunteer program, and I created Wikipedia:WikiProject Collections Care as part of a for-credit, e-Internship project.
My museum field interests lay in collections and I hope to enter into a career in Collection Management.
Prior Work Experience
I served in the United States Army from 2001 to 2004 as a 68T Animal Care Specialist. I also worked as a civilian Veterinary Technician from August 2004 to December 2006 before returning to school full time to pursue my B.A. and M.A. For additional professional information about me, please visit my [http://www.linkedin.com/pub/angelique-kelley/3a/152/81 LinkedIn profile].
