User:Compositionist is [https://english.umaine.edu/people/dylan-b-dryer/ Dylan B. Dryer], Associate Professor of Composition Studies at the [https://umaine.edu/ University of Maine]. He teaches and publishes on rhetorical genre studies, corpus linguistics, institutional ethnography, and language ideology. Continuing-education in research methods is the focus of much of his professional service. He is currently the coeditor of Written Communication, an international academic research quarterly.
