:Status: This page lists candidate cities, not final selections. I am currently soliciting suggestions, to be later narrowed down to a more concise list
This page is a list of candidate cities, each potentially suitable for maintaining a residence in. The following criteria are weighed in evaluating the suitableness of the city.
Criteria:
- urban centre (countryside not on this list)
- "desirable" place to live in (open to interpretation)
- unique in some manner
- important international city
Transportation to and from the city should be assumed to be via a Bombardier Global Express XRS aircraft. I chose that one because i like it. More specifically, it's fast and has great range. Range is an important feature in an aircraft, as it determines how far you can fly non-stop, and since these cities are spread out all around the world, getting between them, and quickly, is of utmost import. It has a maximum range of 11,400km cruising at 904km/h. No city should be isolated more than that distance then, otherwise travelling would be unpossible. We can check this using the [http://gc.kls2.com/ Great Circle Mapper] The XRS also needs a 1,887m (6,190ft) runway.
