My day job is that of manager, antispam ops at [http://www.outblaze.com Outblaze], a large email and spam filtering provider with over 40 million users, and I spend a significant part of my spare time as coordinator of [http://www.apcauce.org APCAUCE], which is a volunteer antispam org focused on antispam public policy and training in the Asia Pacific region.

Since 2002, I've been a member of a committee organized by the Free Software Foundation, that meets once a year to decide the winner of the FSF Award for the Advancement of Free Software and the Free Software Award for Projects of Social Benefit

I travel a lot, as a regular speaker and organizer of antispam conferences organized by the ITU, OECD, APEC [http://www.apectelwg.org TEL] etc as well as several ISP conferences like [http://www.maawg.org MAAWG] and [http://www.apricot.net APRICOT]. I'm on the management committee at APRICOT since 2004, and am currently its vice-chair, as well as on the board of directors of [http://www.apia.org APIA], the coordinating body that runs the APRICOT conference.
