Iṣṭa Devatā is a Wikipedia contributor with an M.A. in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University and an M.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Chicago Divinity School. He is a practitioner and teacher of yoga. He has made pilgrimages to Jerusalem, the Camino de Santiago, Pipestone National Monument, and the holy Ganges river, where he has basked in the company of countless holy people.
