I am a new user. For my first project, I would like to add a bibliograpy for Roy H. Chandler. There is already a Wikipedia bio. [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roy_Chandler].

I have written a draft in my sandbox, but I don't know if it is properly written or, if it is OK, where I should posted it.
