Wawan Mulyawan (Born January 1, 1990) is an Indonesian Writer, Athlete, Chef, Former Mixed Martial Arts, and professional wrestler. Currently signed to WWE better known by his in ring name The Raid. He was a former MMA Heavyweight Champions, UFC Heavyweight Champions, and NXT Champions.

Early life and education

Mulyawan was born in Medina, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His Father Abdurrahman Al-Jufri is of Arabian Descent and his Mother Ashirah is Descent of Sultanate of Banten.

Mulyawan graduated from Al-Azhar University on 2012.

Professional wrestling career

After retired from UFC Championship, he began his career in wrestling under name The Raid, he joined WWE under NXT brand, he was trained by The Big Show.

He won NXT Championship on 2012 defeated Big E Langston.

==WWE (2013-Current)==

Mulyawan made his debut on WWE RAW 2013 against Jack Swagger, and he making wonderful debut defeated Swagger by Bruce Lee Kick.

Other Works

Mulyawan began his acting career as supporting role on his first film Ong-Bak 7 in 2010, that film was a succes with high rating, and then he make small appearence on Chronicles of Atlantis in 2010.

He make his debut as a lead role in 2011 film, Salahuddin. He was portraying Salahuddin Al-Ayyubi, the muslim leader on Chrusade and also the founding of Ayyubid Dynasty in Egypt. This film was super hit and hight grossing worldwide.

He was also make several appearence on television show including his own show, Healty Cook with Chef Wawan who was aired on 2010 - present.

Before he turn into a wrestler, he was a mixed martial arts champions, and he retired from martial arts championship but still keep that on by teaching martial arts, he was a master of Pencak Silat, Tai Chi, Wushu, and Muay Thai. he also learning Wing Chun.

He was very fast and powerfull, so that's why he called "Tall Jet Li" because he was very fast like Jet Li but also have a quite tall height (1.96 m).

He make his debut on MMA and then he joining UFC, he was MMA Champions (1 time) and also UFC Heavyweight Champions (1 time), he is being popular after defeating Brock Lesnar and Cain Velasquez.
