:Hello! Before you consider making any edits to a picture, you should check that the image is freely licensed (and therefore you have permission to make an edited version). Then, you can download the highest resolution version of the image. Your edited version should be uploaded as a separate file to the same project the original was uploaded to (Most images used on Wikipedia are uploaded to Wikimedia Commons) and with a license compatible with the original version's license. There's a lot of steps to go through if you want to get this done correctly; there's more information here at Wikipedia:Uploading images, and also at Wikimedia Commons. Hi! I've never really edited Wikipedia beyond a few spelling etc. corrections, so I could use some advise on how to proceed with the Finnish version of the Topical steroid withdrawal article, :fi:Paikallissteroidiaddiktio.

The problem with that article is that it's got multiple extremely dubious sources and is clearly written from a non-neutral point of view, to the point that I'm unsure which parts are even actually trustworthy and whether the seemingly good sources actually support the claims made. Even the name of the article, which translates to "topical steroid addiction", seems a bit off and I can't find too many non-crank sources using that term. One medical source I did find used it in quotes, implying it's not an actual commonly used medical term in Finnish.

The sources include things like:

• http://eczemasense.org, which is a page that promotes "the healing methods of Dr. Aron in regards to eczema",
• https://red-skin-syndrome.com/what-is-red-skin-syndrome-or-rss, which has no sources itself
• https://www.facebook.com/groups/655121444660646/, a private Facebook group
• http://tokuko.chu.jp/tokukonoheya/2017/11/25/how-to-get-over-topical-steroid-withdrawal-asap/, some random Japanese blog post that has zero sources, with advise that is counter to what eg. DermNet.nz gives and seems actually more likely to be harmful than helpful
• just the title ”Medical Medium Healing Story: Topical Steroid Withdrawal & Red Skin Syndrome”, which based on some searching was meant to link to https://www.rachelpelisson.com/healing-story-topical-steroid-withdrawal-red-skin-syndrome/, a blog article by an "energy healer" who combines "her psychic abilities with practical strategies for physical, mental & emotional wellness allows her to take a truly holistic approach to empowering women to co-create abundance, joy & freedom in all areas of life."
