Hello again, ARandomName123. We were in touch last year at Talk:Pershing Square Capital Management, in particular surrounding the Herbalife section at that article. With that context in mind, would you mind taking a look at Bill Ackman#Herbalife short? At it reads now, it is unbalanced and misleading in large part because it lacks information about the US Government's findings about the company which validated Ackman's thesis, but importantly the section is over-detailed and WP:UNDUE for a biography of Ackman, at 10 paragraphs. Could you help trim the section to an appropriate length, possibly similar to the two paragraphs we have at the Pershing Square article? Another option to consider is to WP:SPLIT the longer Herbalife story into its own article. I welcome your thoughts and would appreciate your involvement. Just to comment that I was trying to create a set of pages about astronomical data providers but it looks the reviewers do not see interest on those. Maybe to me, as astronomer who uses those services every day to do astronomical discoveries, the matter is quite relevant and I think this is shared by the astronomical community but I doubt now to continue this line of contribution. The first reviewer noted issues with the secondary sources, so I revised the draft to include more independent, reliable sources. However, the second decline came without any comments or suggestions, and I’m not sure what still needs to be addressed.

:@Steve Finlay: Hi, please note that in addition to being secondary, the sources also must provide significant, non-trivial coverage. This means stuff like company name changes, mergers, talks given by company personnel and new products do not count. See Wikipedia:Notability_(organizations_and_companies)#Examples_of_trivial_coverage for more examples. Now, that does not mean they can not be used in the article (I would leave them in), they just don't count toward notability. Some examples of things that do count towards notability are: non-routine news articles, scholarly articles, book passages, documentaries, encyclopedia entries, reports by consumer watchdogs or similar. (List taken from Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies)#Examples of substantial coverage)

As for the flag, check the talk page to see if the person who added it has brought up any concerns. If they have, address them.
