;Why can't I edit Wikipedia?

One issue was this user posting the text in this file to Wikipedia.

:Something went wrong here. There should be two names listed here - the old one and the new one that you would choose. Could you try again? Please go to Special:GlobalRenameRequest for a new name. I have reviewed the COI and understand that it's a COI for me (an employee of the organization) to create a page about the organization.
