There is a discussion about your use of the word "libel" taking place at WP:ANI. Generally speaking, our policy on legal threats is very strict, so that is one of the words that is best avoided. WP:NLT is the policy in question. That was my work and I was merely trying to show what you would be missing out on if you allow people like Tirailleur to make defamatory statements.
