Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button Image:Signature_icon.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 20:38, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
''L''''p'' and ''ℓ''''p''
:: this is the equation from the lp space article itself:

The definition of ℓp says that
:
You can't leave out the part that says "< ∞". And if it only goes up to n terms rather than going on forever, then the part about "< ∞" is ALWAYS true, so there's no point in having such a definition. But what was asked about was Lp, not ℓp. So we're looking at
:
and again, the part that says "< ∞" is the essence. Michael Hardy (talk) 20:20, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
: Verbatim quote from the Lp space article:
:: The space ℓp is then defined as the set of all infinite sequences of real (or complex) numbers such that the p-norm is finite.
: Michael Hardy (talk) 20:24, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
I was amazed at your statement that Lp space is not infinite-dimensional. You're incredibly confused if you think that. Michael Hardy (talk) 22:18, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Inverse metal, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
:Non-notable concept and phrase.
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{tl|dated prod}}
