    Greetings

Greetings Gareth. Let me thank you for declaring your connection to the article you've written. This is a good start and you've done the right thing by doing so. It's important that you know we appreciate your transparency - you've done well to establish a good reputation.

You seem fairly versed in the rules about conflict of interest already, but in case you haven't seen these links, I'll post them here for your convenience.

I usually don't review AfC submissions, so I will defer to the other editors there when your draft reaches that stage. Here are my suggestion for it, which may increase its chances of being accepted:

    1. The sources seem good. If you are linking to a PDF, include a |format=PDF parameter in the citation.
    2. The details of her career seem a bit sparse. If they can be expanded with reliable sources, that would be of interest.
    3. Eliminate the top heading (=Yassmin Ghandehari=) - it's unnecessary. Bold the first instance of her name instead - that follows the standard style conventions.
    4. Her full name at the beginning of each section isn't required. Details about the proper use of names, as well as other conventions in biographical articles, can be found at Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Biographies.

Best of luck with your article! --Drm310 (talk) 16:55, 15 October 2013 (UTC)

    COIN

Hi Gareth. I work the COIN board every now and then. I see Bell Pottinger editors around Wikipedia and am interested in knowing more about the behind the scenes at Bell Pottinger when it comes to posting at Wikipedia. If you have some time, I posted a question at COIN and would like your feed back. Thanks. -- Jreferee (talk) 01:53, 16 October 2013 (UTC)

    AfC reviewers

Hello Gareth. You asked me who are reviewers at Articles for Creation - there is a list of participants at Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Participants. Someone there should be able to guide you through the process. Best of luck. --Drm310 (talk) 16:10, 1 November 2013 (UTC)

Your submission at [[Wikipedia:Articles for creation|Articles for creation]]: [[Draft:ACWA Power|ACWA Power]] (March 9)

File:AFC-Logo_Decline.svgYour recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by SwisterTwister was:

Wikipedia requires significant coverage about the subject in reliable sources that are independent of the subject—see the guidelines on the notability of organizations and companies and the golden rule. Please improve the submission's referencing (see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners), so that the information is verifiable, and there is clear evidence of why the subject is notable and worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. If additional reliable sources cannot be found for the subject, then it may not be suitable for Wikipedia at this time.|}} The comment they left was:

{{divbox|blue|3=Still needs any further available in-depth third-party sources overall.}} Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
