Hi -- in [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_terrorist_incidents_in_2025&diff=prev&oldid=1295839461 this edit], the link "MOS:TERRORIST" got moved from near the top of the article to the very bottom. Any idea what happened?

(IMO the link shouldn't be in the article at all, but just moving it like this wasn't an improvement...) NapoliRoma (talk) 19:17, 16 June 2025 (UTC)

Any suggestions on how to increase my edits to 10 quickly? I'm trying to edit my company's Wikipedia page on my company's behalf, but from what I understand, I can't upload our new logo until I've made 10 edits. I'm really only participating as an editor so I can help my Marketing manager in getting our Wikipedia page updated.

This BattyBot edit added {{para|origyear|1990}} and {{para|year|2015}} to {{tl|cite constitution}}. Neither of these are valid parameters, per the template documentation. It's not clear to me that the template supports what the editor was trying to do, by adding two dates, an original date and an amendment date. That said the administrator for Jack made a mistake by creating a page as SMITH-JRS-STUDIO and now cannot delete it as apparently the is the policy of Wikipedia. When we try to create a page for Jack Richard Smith now, which we already created, a notice comes up saying "there is already an account by that name". :If you have forgotten the password for User:Jack Richard Smith, you could try using the "Forgot your password?" feature on the login screen, which will only work if you included an email address when creating the account. If you can't recover the password for that username and don't want to use User:SMITH-JRS-STUDIO, then you could create a new username that conforms with the Wikipedia:Username policy, such as User:Sally at JRS Studio.

:I'm guessing that your ultimate goal is to create a Wikipedia article about Jack Richard Smith. I suggest you read the Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide and do not try to create an article about Smith.
