|width=20%|align=right}}A tag has been placed on :Jennie V. Cannon, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. –Compassionate727 (T·C) 12:39, 17 May 2016 (UTC)

My IP address is not an open proxy, requesting unblock
{{unblock reviewed | 1=Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. I'm accessing Wikipedia from home, and I am not using some proxy service at the moment. I don't know what happened, but I may have made changes to the network that is recognizing my IP address as a proxy server. The IP address, 50.106.25.168, is tied to my house, and occasionally I remote access my home computer away from home. My ISP is Frontier Communications. --みんな空の下 (トーク) 07:52, 14 September 2017 (UTC) | decline = I have verified this IP address is running a server on port 4567. Combined with the block for being a proxy server and the evidence given below that this appears to be an open proxy, I'm afraid I can't lift the block at this time. If you are able to close all ports on this IP address, please file another unblock and someone will be happy to investigate. Yamla (talk) 13:26, 14 September 2017 (UTC)}}

- If you look up that IP address, it shows it as a "Confirmed proxy server" - http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/50.106.25.168. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:14, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
- Yeah, but I didn't do anything wrong on Wikipedia. Recently I've been doing some work on remote desktop access that may have caused the IP address to mark as "Confirmed proxy server". (Also, I just recently installed a new hard drive, but for some reason my computer screwed up and had to reinstall the operating system.) What can I do - should I contact the ISP or something? ----みんな空の下 (トーク) 08:24, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
- Nobody is suggesting you did anything wrong on Wikipedia. And I don't see how you could possibly have affected the server status yourself - that IP query only goes as far as your ISP and not to you or your computer. But I don't know enough to suggest a solution - hopefully someone who knows this area better will be able to offer some assistance. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:26, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
- Hopefully the block was a false alarm. Maybe my IP address could be on the exemption list, as long as I stay civil on Wikipedia. ----みんな空の下 (トーク) 08:27, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
- Okay, I just found out port 4567 that is the reason for the block. Says "Frontier Service Tcp Any -> 4567." I don't know what that means. Can somebody look it up on Google what port 4567 means? ----みんな空の下 (トーク) 15:53, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
::::::Googling won't help. You can run anything you wish on port 4567. --Yamla (talk) 17:51, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
= 20 September 2017 =
Okay, I'm filing another unblock request for the IP address in question once again. ----みんな空の下 (トーク) 06:13, 20 September 2017 (UTC)
{{unblock reviewed | reason=Username is not blocked, but this is a request for IP address 50.106.25.168 to be unblocked once again. whatismyipaddress(dot)com now tells us the IP address is a network sharing device ([http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/50.106.25.168]). However, I'm not sure if the IP address can be unblocked because that page says "network sharing device or proxy server," so I'd like an admin to investigate and decide if the IP address can be unblocked. --みんな空の下 (トーク) 06:13, 20 September 2017 (UTC)|decline=It is not technically possible to unblock a single IP address while the whole range is blocked. Your can only ask for WP:IPBE, but you would need to demonstrate {{Tq|genuine and exceptional need}}. I recommend just not using proxys. Vanjagenije (talk) 13:29, 20 September 2017 (UTC) }}

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Music Station title.PNG
Thank you for uploading :File:Music Station title.PNG. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Image copyright problem with File:Secret ayupan.jpg
Thank you for uploading :File:Secret ayupan.jpg.
This image is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such images would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a screenshot of a computer game or movie. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original image must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.
While the image description page states the source and copyright status of the derivative work, it only names the creator of the original work without specifying the status of their copyright over the work.
Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the original image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other derivative works, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in [{{fullurl:Special:Log|type=upload&user=Minna_Sora_no_Shita}} your upload log].
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. {{You can request undeletion}} Thanks again for your cooperation. ℯxplicit 06:11, 30 November 2018 (UTC)

[[Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion|Speedy deletion]] nomination of [[:File:CENTRAIR logo.PNG]]
A tag has been placed on :File:CENTRAIR logo.PNG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Terasail[✉️] 22:29, 3 August 2021 (UTC)
