This is not connected to me in any way. I have no clue what this is, and looking at that user's history, I don't see any edits or revisions that would have even started this investigation. Edit - Found this more in depth page here with all archives of sockpuppetry - I recognize one name on here JK.Kite, who I have asked to review 2 edits I have made when I had published these in the tea house for help navigation a vote / consensus process. I can confirm it is not me, and a deeper look at IPs logins etc should show as much.
