Go make the request on your original account. There, you will need to address the inappropriate username, the inappropriate edits, the violation of WP:COI, the violation of WP:PAID, the violation of WP:PROMO, and your block evasion (WP:EVADE) and sockpuppetry (WP:SOCK).
