{{divbox|blue|3=At present, the article would need two classes of improvements. First, we'd need to see expansion of the idea of and context of AGLA, this borders on not much more than a dictionary definition at present, which WP:NOTDICT would prohibit.

Second, we'd need at least two signficant sources, that is, sources with an editorial process, that went into some detail about AGLA.

An alternative to a whole new article would be to incorporate this material into an existing article in the general topic.
