  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, [[User:CanonNi]] (talkcontribs) 04:53, 27 May 2024 (UTC)

File:Information.svg Hello, I'm Bojo1498. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person{{spaces|1}}on :Nick McKim, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! (bojo)(they/them)(talk) 04:55, 27 May 2024 (UTC)

:@ThisIsMyUsernameToday, please cite reliable sources after your addition, especially if it is something like what you added (---- is a proud father of...). People can mistake your addition as unconstructive and remove them on sight, especially if you add them into biographies, as Wikipedia is stricter on them for a good reason.
