    License tagging for File:Corner ballpark.jpg

    Thanks for uploading :File:Corner ballpark.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

    For practical reasons, the standard is to consider Adult Swim as a network on its own in the infobox instead of treating it as a programming block. Cicero Stadium

    File:Information.svg Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give :Cicero Stadium a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

    In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Please read our policy on Verifiability and our guideline on reliable sources to learn more about what is acceptable on Wikipedia. You can also ask for help at the Teahouse if needed.{{pb}}Please note that even if reliable sources are located, the other issue is the significance of the content you are trying to add. :Hi there. I know you have a problem with "fan sites" and stuff like that but unfortunately, some of the stuff that these fan sites have were reliable information that were taken from people who were familiar with the situations. I don't know what is going through your head but it is clear that you don't understand how journalism in professional wrestling works. And regarding the WP:SPS rules, I see those as being very inconsistent and often or not ignores several key issues that people often times ignore in journalism. I mean, what happens if a corporate source is essentially unreliable Do you throw it under there too? I just do not understand how inconsistent you can be in regards to sources because unforunately, it is clear that you didn't understand what professional wrestling journalism is. Please, if you are going to make such overblown comments like that, keep it to yourself if you don't understand how this industry works. Unknownuser45266 (talk) 18:39, 14 April 2025 (UTC)

    ::{{tqb|what happens if a corporate source is essentially unreliable? Do you throw it under there too?}}

    ::First, thanks for taking the time to read WP:SPS and for the question. If you read the next section down under WP:ABOUTSELF, you'll see that self-published corporate sources would be considered reliable as sources about themselves. For example, in a Wikipedia article about Corporation XYZ, we would allow articles written by Corporation XYZ to be used as sources in that article only.

    ::{{tqb|I don't know what is going through your head...it is clear that you didn't understand...keep it to yourself}}

    ::It would be preferred if you focus on the problem here instead of attacking perceived motives. Doing that is counterproductive and gets us nowhere. See Focus on content.

    ::{{tqb|And regarding the WP:SPS rules, I see those as being very inconsistent...}}

    ::Self-published sources are considered questionable unless they meet some additional requirements for reliability, as that policy explains. Usually if something is important enough, other more reputable sources would have also published the same information, and we can cite those instead. This leads into concerns I had of WP:UNDUE, meaning that even facts and details may not be included on Wikipedia if they are insignficant. Reliablility and significance are two different concepts to consider.{{pb}}It might be helpful if you read Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines and Wikipedia:Five pillars to learn more about best practices and expectations when it comes to editing on Wikipedia. You may also want to look at Help:Getting started. If you take the time to read through these, some of of what you're pushing back against may begin to make more sense. Realize that if there is a policy or a guideline that you don't agree with, there are ways to discuss those with other editors and gain consensus for changing them.{{pb}}Hope that helps! --GoneIn60 (talk) 21:02, 14 April 2025 (UTC)
